School girls in Kathmandu
Nepal, Sony A6000
The world is so vast and different. I get to travel and see many amazing places that few people get to enjoy. From the sophistication of New York or London, to simplicity of the plains of Africa. The cultures of these places are so different and so rich. We always make the mistake of assuming our culture is superior. But even across these many different locations, some things never change. People want to be loved and want to be part of community. That is the way God made us. These 3 young girls on the way to school in Kathmandu caught my eye. They could be girls going to school in Sydney, Rio de Janeiro. or Johannesburg. But no they are Nepalese girls who though different are similar to the rest of us.
